The location of our apartment complex is ideal, just outside the busy city centre but within walking distance of shops, museums and various entertainment venues such as cinemas and restaurants.
With two train and bus stations within walking distance, such as Vaartse Rijn and Utrecht CS, you can quickly go anywhere. The area is also easily accessible by car. On Sundays, parking is even free for visitors.
The district is considered part of the city centre and is bordered by the Moreelsepark, the Catharijnesingel, the Bleekstraat and the railway line. There is a lavender park and a playground.
"The Gardens of Moreelse" are being developed between our complex and Utrecht Central Station. The municipality is working on a more pleasant living and working environment here. More greenery and more liveliness will also benefit our district.
Utrecht Central Station
It takes fifteen minutes to walk to Utrecht CS. You can also go by bike. The largest bicycle shed in the Netherlands is located underneath the station. The entrance to the indoor shopping centre Hoog Catharijne is located across the station. Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn Station
Since August 2016, Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn station has been in use, which is only a 9-minute walk away. From here, the fast tram also runs to Uithof/Utrecht Science Park and in the direction of Nieuwegein Zuid/Ijsselstein.
Bus station
There is also a large bus station at Utrecht CS. From here, you can go in all directions within the region.
Parking
There is plenty of paid parking for residents. Residents can apply for a parking permit from the municipality of Utrecht.
Visitors can park in the area at a discount. A special app is required for this, which you can apply for from the municipality. Parking is free on Sundays.
There are several charging stations for electric vehicles in the area.
