Storingen

Every owner of an apartment is automatically a member of the Owners' Association. This is not a free choice. He/she is co-owner of the building as a whole and has exclusive use of his/her own apartment. You must take the other residents into account. The House Rules contain rules for this purpose that everyone must adhere to, including the tenants! If the owner rents out the apartment, the owner must make the House Rules known to the tenants. You can download the House Rules of the association here.

The most important provisions of the House Rules are:

* It is not permitted to place bicycles, garbage bags, flower and plant pots, bulky waste or other objects in the garden and other common areas.

* Walking or letting pets run loose in the common garden is not permitted.

* A general smoking ban applies in all common areas.

* The use of hammers and electric drills is only permitted on weekdays from 9:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 20:00.

* The owner or user is obliged to regularly clean the door and window frames of their own apartment in order to prevent faster maintenance than strictly necessary.

* The production of music and the use of radio, TV, CD and other equipment is only permitted if it does not cause any inconvenience to the other residents. Any other form of noise pollution is also strictly prohibited.

* It is not permitted to organise a BBQ in the communal garden. This creates a fire hazard in the garden and the smoke causes too much inconvenience to the surrounding residents of the garden. A drink or dinner in the garden is always possible. It is appreciated if you let us know via the residents' app or the notice boards in the hall.

BULKY WASTE

NEVER PLACE BULKY WASTE IN THE CONTAINER AREAS OR OTHER COMMON AREAS, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. You can offer household waste, chemical waste and bulky waste free of charge at the waste separation stations. You can find these stations at:

Tractieweg 120

Zwarte Woud 250

Gemeentewerf de Stits / waste separation station Vleuterweide in de Meern.

Bulky waste is also collected free of charge. Make an appointment for this on working days between 9:00 and 17:00 by calling 030-2860000

.

Removing bulky waste from the common areas costs the association a lot of money: a cleaning team is then called in to put bulky waste on the street. > In short, make an appointment with the bulky waste collection service yourself and only put the bulky waste on the side of the road on the agreed date.
