In total there are 80 floor apartments and 14 roof apartments all situated around our beautiful courtyard. The woodwork of the doors and frames is corn yellow, a warm and sunny colour.
The homes are not only accessible via the central staircase, but there are also two staircases on the left and right on the side of the Carry van Bruggenstraat. There are also two elevators. Each home has a separate storage that can be reached via the basement.
The residents of the building contribute to sustainability and a better environment. All lights in the public areas have been replaced by LED lighting and solar panels have been installed on the high flat roof. Sedum roofing has been installed on the lower roofs.
