Homeowners Association (HOA)

All owners of an apartment in Arendschild automatically become members of the Owners' Association (VVE). This Association represents the common interests of all owners. The Owners' Association of Arendschild is an active association.

The Owners' Association has appointed a professional administration office to represent its interests, that is VVE Beheer in Rijswijk. VVE Beheer carries out the administrative, financial and technical management. This includes managing the resources of the VVE and executing the decisions taken by the general meeting of owners. 

Every year, usually in the spring, all owners are invited to the General members' meeting. During this meeting subjects that concern all residents are discussed: maintenance of the building, creation and management of financial reserves, quotes from contractors, etc. Your presence is therefore highly appreciated.

Every year, a chairman and one or more vice-chairmen are elected from the members of the association. However, the official manager is VVE Beheer in Rijswijk.
